It is the customers sole responsibility for the creation, selection and use of words and or phrases added to each independent filter that determine whether e-mail is deleted or delivered.

Proper behavior is a must. Anyone caught or reported as being rude or abusive to others is subject to being disconnected and terminated as a customer.

Spamming is PROHIBITED.... Spamming is E-mailing to a large group or list of addresses a message that is unsolicited or unrelated to a lists topic. Use of Spam Guardian to avoid replies to outgoing spam is grounds for termination.

We are not responsible for the quality or content of any data sent received or stored on or through its servers.

We are NOT responsible for the loss of any data stored or transferred via SpamGuardian

We do NOT BACKUP EMAIL or EMAIL FILTERS or the DATA in EMAIL FILTERS If your data is deleted by accident or disk crash or server error or any other method, You and only you will have the responsibilty of replacing it or maintaining backup copies of your data.

We do not accept any responsibility for any damages or actions that may occur through the use of this service. Lost e-mail or lost opportunities because of the loss of e-mail are solely the responsibility of the end user.
